What time should we arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, plan to arrive around 3:30 PM to allow time for seating and to ensure we start on time. We can’t wait to see you there!

How do I submit a video toast for the wedding?

Answer

We’re creating a video montage of toasts from our favorite people to watch during our reception dinner! You can record a short 1–3 minute video on your phone (sideways, please!) and upload it to our Google Drive folder (https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/16Z4VORhbpLqyS3Hq99xW5HIC1_OQl_qx). Where is the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Chapel at Gruene in New Braunfels, Texas. There is plenty of onsite parking available for all our guests, and Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for your convenience.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We’re going for a cocktail attire vibe! The event will be indoor/outdoor, and while it should be warm, feel free to dress in something comfortable yet dressy for a fun celebration.

Will there be transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

We have not arranged for transportation, but there is plenty of parking at the venue. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area, making it easy to get to and from the wedding.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Yes, we’d love to have the little ones there! Please let us know when you RSVP if your kiddos will be joining us so we can ensure there’s a spot for them at dinner.

We’ve extended plus-ones to those whose significant others we’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and we hope you understand that we’ve kept the guest list to a manageable size. We’re so grateful to have you with us, and we’re excited to celebrate together!

After the ceremony, we’ll kick off the celebration with a cocktail hour, followed by a delicious dinner and dancing. It’s going to be an evening full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories!

What is the plan for the river float on Saturday?

Answer

We’re so excited to spend a relaxing day with all of you floating the river! It will be a group float—a perfect way to continue the celebration and soak in the beautiful scenery of New Braunfels. Please RSVP for this event so we can ensure we have made a large enough reservation for the group!

What should I bring to the river float?

Answer

Be sure to pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, and sun protection (hats and shades are a must!). Water shoes or sandals are recommended for easy river access. Tubes will be provided with your rental reservation, and a shuttle will take you back to your car when the float is over. Please remember that disposable containers are not allowed on the river due to New Braunfels regulations, so bring along a reusable cup filled with your favorite beverage. For your electronics, we recommend bringing a waterproof bag or using a GoPro or waterproof camera to capture the fun safely!

Yes! Feel free to take pictures during the river float—we’d love to see all the fun memories you capture! We recommend using a waterproof sleeve for your phone and other electronics to keep them safe while you enjoy the water. Don’t forget to share any great shots with us—we can’t wait to see them!

What should I do if I need to cancel or change my RSVP?
