Ireland has multiple airports, some of which are physically closer than Dublin Airport, but Dublin Airport offers the most options for international flights as well as a direct bus from the airport to Killarney.

Irish Rail is a great option for those traveling from Dublin to Killarney, you can take the train from Dublin Heuston with trains leaving every two hours. The total trip is under 3 and a half hours. Also, Irish rail can be taken from Shannon to Killarney, after a 30 minute taxi into Limerick Train Station. As well as from Cork to Killarney, the train ride is only 1 hour.

FlightLink offers a connection from Dublin Airport to Killarney right after you land. The bus leaves every few hours and offers a ride to Killarney in four hours. The coaches are spacious, have bathrooms and luggage space. An economical option for those looking for a direct route to Killarney.
