Living on a small island, our paths were bound to cross. Looking back on it now, there were so many missed connections and almost run-ins. For months it seemed one of us was walking out of a room just before the other walked in. After finally meeting through mutual friends, Laurence joined Caitlin's sand volleyball group. From there, volleyball turned to friendship, friendship turned into feelings, and those feelings blossomed into love.
