What's for dinner?

It'a a buffet! There will be no need to select food in advance. Food choices include: Carved Turkey Breast Natural turkey breast; slow-cooked and carved on the buffet. GF Vegetarian Lasagna Spinach, carrots, and mushrooms, layered with ricotta, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Topped with Parmesan cheese. Roasted Potatoes Rosemary & thyme seasoned yukon gold potatoes with sliced peppers and onions. GF/Vegan Fresh Fruit Carved watermelon bowl; served on a platter with sliced cantaloupe, pineapple, honeydew, grapes, and strawberries. GF/Vegan House Salad A blend of romaine lettuce and spring mix; tossed with Craisins, pears, walnuts, and feta cheese - lightly dressed in a mango/pineapple vinaigrette. GF (Dressing, walnuts, and feta will be on the side.) Steamed Vegetables Steamed whole green beans and carrots; with slivered almonds and butter; garnished with diced red pepper. GF/Vegan
