What accommodations are available?

Answer

To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations! If you are planning to stay overnight, please book in advance! Hotel space is limited and most room block rates expire 2 months ahead of the wedding date.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for the wedding day. Buses will be available to and from the following hotels: The Cliffside Condominiums, Harbor Front Inn, Hotel Indigo & Holiday Inn Express & Suites Long Island-East End. Bus pickup and departure times are listed on the 'Accommodations & Transportation' page.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

While our venue does offer valet parking, we would like everyone to be able to enjoy themselves and to be safe while doing so. We ask that you do not drive if you are planning to consume alcohol. Please take one of the buses provided or arrange transportation.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you are permitted a plus one, they will be listed on your invitation. We ask that you please do not bring any guests not specified on your invitation.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore your children, we've opted for an adults-only affair on our wedding day to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. Please note that kids are gladly invited to join the welcome party on Friday evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly by 5:15pm so you do not interrupt the ceremony. Our provided bus options will ensure you arrive on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Black-tie preferred. We recommend tuxedos or formal, dark-colored suits for men. For women, floor-length gowns or maxi dresses are encouraged. Feel free to wear colorful dresses to embrace the summer weather!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our venue can accommodate any food allergies. When the servers take your food order at the venue, please let them know.

Question

Is Uber available in the area?

Answer

Yes, Uber is available. However, it is more limited and the wait times can be long. Please book your Uber in advance so that you are not late to the ceremony.
