Shuttle

The shuttle from the hotel to the venue will depart at 4:40pm. We'd recommend being ready to board at 4:30pm. The shuttle will begin bringing guests back from the venue at 10pm, with the last trip scheduled to leave at 11pm.
Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms for guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites Ypsilanti. For your convenience, a shuttle will be provided between the hotel and venue. Don't forget to use the group code TAU when booking! The cutoff date for the group code is July 27, 2023.

Detroit Metro Airport is conveniently located to Ypsilanti and the surrounding areas. It is a 20 minute drive to the Hampton Inn & Suites with many rental car options available.
