Apalachicola is a small town along the Florida panhandle known as the "Forgotten Coast". It is a warm, and inviting place filled with rich maritime history and known for it's seafood.
Because the town is quaint, if you are traveling for our wedding, we recommend reserving accommodations as soon as possible to ensure the spaces don't fill up. For groups of people, there are plenty of Airbnb and VRBOs in Apalachicola and the surrounding areas.
Apalachicola does not offer a commercial airport, so we recommend you fly into either Panama City Beach (ECP) or Tallahassee (TLH.) Both airports are about an hour and a half from Apalachicola and have rental cars available.

No Uber/Lyft
There are no Lyfts or Ubers in the Forgotton Coast area, but don't worry, all wedding activities are in close walking distance to most recommended accomodations. If needed, there are a few taxi services.
