You will be missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.
Please come at 4:15pm as the ceremony is going to start promptly at 4:30pm. After the I Do’s, we’ll be laughing, drinking and dancing the night away at approximately 5:00pm.
If this is your first time traveling to Colorado, welcome! We can’t wait for you to see and explore our favorite state! Colorado’s elevation can be no joke and hits some people very hard. Lyons Colorado sits at 5,374 ft so it’s important to drink a lot of water and wear sunscreen when outside. The altitude may also cause you to feel the effects of alcohol much quicker than at sea level which sometimes works in your favor, but nine times out of ten it doesn’t (especially if you’re not drinking enough water!). Be sure to give yourself enough time to adjust before tearing up the dance floor. Temperatures in September can range from 30-90 degrees. It’s best to pack layers and a jacket. End of summer and beginning of fall is so beautiful here in Colorado that we even encourage you to extend your trip by a few days to drive in the mountains to see the fall foliage. It’s absolutely stunning!
Cocktail attire with a garden twist (our ceremony and reception is going to be outdoors and on the grass). Bring your dancing shoes!
If you invitation says “and guest”, then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

For our wedding, we want to make sure our guests are safe and that we take all necessary precautions. Fortunately, we picked a great venue at a flower farm that makes social distancing and air flow easy to achieve. Additionally, our goal is to keep our wedding small (less than 100 guests) as we are unsure what 2021 will bring. No matter what, we know it'll be a good time and we can't wait to finally become husband and wife! Further updates coming soon.
