When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please plan to RSVP by April 1st, 2025. If you know your answer prior to this time, we gladly accept early RSVPs to assist us with early planning and organizing.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

First Presbyterian Church, Tuscaloosa has downtown parking so we ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for time to park, walk from where you parked to the church, enter the church and get seated prior to the start time. Late arrivals will remain in the lobby until after the entrance of the bride.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the church is street parking downtown. You may also park in the parking lot at BankFirst located on the corner of Paul Bryant Dr. and Greensboro Ave, and in the parking lot behind the church located on the corner of Paul Bryant Dr. and Lurleen Wallace S. Blvd. Parking at the reception is in the lots adjacent to the River Market. For your convenience, golf carts will be in service to help tale people from their cars to the entrance of the River Market. Golf carts will also be available following the reception to take people back to their cars.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Our reception will feature a wide variety of food on the buffet, but should you have an allergy, please note this on your RSVP card or message Mary Liz, the mother of the bride. We will do our best to accommodate your need. Mary Liz can be reached at 205-535-0333.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Tuscaloosa features a wide variety of hotels. We listed our room blocks on the travel tab of the website along with details on distance, amenities, and more. We highly suggest booking your hotel as soon as possible.
