When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please return your RSVP card in the mail no later than April 2, 2023. We hope you can join us! Due to our venue's requirements for number of guests, any RSVPs not returned on time will be marked "Not Attending." If you are unable to attend, we hope we will see you soon to celebrate with you!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through the website you are on, Zola, and Amazon. The easiest way to look through both registries is by clicking the Registry tab at the top of this page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at The Hamilton Manor no later than 5:15 pm to ensure you have time to park and find a seat. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is semi-formal attire (gowns, tuxes, suits, and cocktail dresses). No jeans, please!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to both Lauren and Vincent’s large families, we have a very specified guest count allowed by the venue. Only the people listed on your RSVP card may attend. If your RSVP card includes a guest, you may bring one guest of your choice. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to both Lauren and Vincent’s large families, we have a very specified guest count allowed by the venue. Only the people listed on your RSVP card may attend. If your RSVP card includes your children, they are invited. All children must be supervised by their parents at all times - the venue is very large with many rooms and we don’t want anyone getting hurt or lost! If you would prefer they stay at home, we completely understand and encourage you to use your best judgement. Thank you for understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved for our special weekend. Please visit the Travel section at the top of this page.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! On your RSVP, there is room to list any dietary restrictions you may have. Please indicate these restrictions even if you know Lauren & Vincent are aware! It makes it easier for us as we plan the final food details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying at the hotel, you may park at the hotel and take the shuttle. We recommend this as it will be the safest way to get home at the end of the night. If you drive directly to the venue, there is plenty of parking available, however all cars must leave the venue no later than 11pm.

Yes, all food and drink for the reception have been paid for in advance.

Can I make song requests at the wedding?

Answer

No, the DJ will be unable to take requests during the wedding.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The Hamilton Manor has beautiful outdoor spaces open for you to enjoy throughout the night, however, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located indoors.

Can I take my own photos during the wedding?

Absolutely! Please take them and share them with Lauren & Vincent and on social media!

I can’t physically make it to the wedding. Can I join virtually?

Answer

No, we are not live streaming our wedding.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home address, listed on your RSVP envelope. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes, there are ramps and elevators to ensure ease of mobility throughout the venue.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We recommend checking the weather for Hamilton, NJ, before you leave for the wedding to ensure you are dressed appropriately. Weather this time of year varies, however we anticipate it being in the 70s.
