We met nearly 10 years ago at the University of Colorado, where our relationship started just as friends. After graduating in 2020, we went our separate ways—Ulrik to Norway and Lauren to Denver—thinking we might not see each other again. But two years later, we both found ourselves in Austin, Texas, where our friendship turned into something more. Bonding over music, food, and adventure, we quickly became inseparable. After time spent between Arizona and Chicago, we’re now planning our next chapter—a move to Europe in 2027. In the meantime, we were married on February 21st in an intimate courthouse ceremony in Chicago. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all this summer! 🤍
