When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We thank you in advance for submitting your RSVP by February 9, 2025. This will allow us to finalize planning and comfortably accommodate each guest. Question
What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie. We ask that everyone participate in wearing light spring colors! Floral patterns are great, and go for suits in lighter hues rather than black or navy.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
When you fill out the RSVP, you may notice a blank space to write in your guest's name. If you would like to bring a plus one, please fill in this information prior to the RSVP deadline of February 9. If you need to make a change to your RSVP after the deadline please contact us directly so that we can make seating alterations.

Are my kids welcome?
Answer
While we love each of your little ones, we ask that only the individuals listed on your invite attend. Children who are invited are part of the bridal party or immediate family, and are listed by name on the invitation. Any guest not listed on the RSVP will not have an assigned seat. We sincerely thank you for making accommodations to attend without your little ones. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you arrive at Deep in the Heart Farms at 4:00pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30, and guests arriving after this time will not be able to enter the chapel. Arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony allows time to park, explore, mingle, and get settled in.

Is there parking at the venue? Is it free?
Answer
Yes and yes! Deep in the Heart Farms has a large parking lot that is clearly labelled, so you will be able to quickly find a spot.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are occurring at Deep in the Heart Farms. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the chapel. There will be a cocktail "hour" with games and refreshments before our reception begins at 5:30. Both events will occur indoors. The reception will also include outdoor games and food trucks.

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Answer
Yes! We are keeping it casual with dinner. You will be able to order from a food truck at any time during the reception. The truck will be serving from two menus, tacos and barbeque. It will include gluten free and vegetarian options. The full menu and information will be provided at your seat. Please contact us with any questions, dietary restrictions, or allergies and we will make every effort to accommodate.

What should I expect at the reception?
Answer
We hope that you have fun! We met while out dancing, and hope you will each join us in keeping the dance floor alive. There will also be outdoor games, card/board games, legos, unique guestbooks, and more. Please help us bring the energy! There will be several disposable cameras around the reception space, and we highly encourage you to snap some fun photos when you spot one. Yes... there will be alcohol.
