What are Some of the Important Venue Rules?

Answer

-No personal alcohol brought by guests. We will have an open bar for you to enjoy! -Smoking tobacco and vaping is permitted only at designated smoking areas. -Please park vehicles in the parking lot and NOT on the grass. -Absolutely NO drug use on site, including marijuana. -Glitter (even on fabric) is prohibited (I know, I'm sad too).

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at: 5887 Greasmar Dr, Delaware, OH 43015

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. It is recommended to arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand in case of any unexpected hiccups!

Where do I Park?

Answer

There is a gravel lot before the entrance to the venue where parking is located! However, there are limited spaces, so we highly recommend carpooling! It is preferred that no cars are left overnight, however if need be, they must be picked up by 10:00 am the next morning.

Are There Accommodations for Handicapped/Disabled Guests?

Answer

There will be a staff member driving an ATV for any guests who may need assistance. Handicapped or disabled guests can also be dropped off/picked up in front of the barn.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please message Lauren or Trevor with any and all dietary concerns! We will speak to the caterer to create the best option for you.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Guests are restricted to those indicated on the invite/save the date. Unfortunately, we are limited on guest count and could be asked to send guests home if there are too many. We really do wish we could accommodate everyone, but Delaware fire code says differently!

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Wear whatever makes you feel most confident! However, please consider that the wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the barn will be open. Bring layers or dress accordingly should it get cold after sunset!
