We're getting hitched!

It was a blistering cold New Years Eve of 2012. Lauren was attending a party at her best friend Leah’s house in Chicago. Leah tried to play matchmaker and informed Lauren her dashing roommate Trevor would be at the party. Lauren, being a young, driven college student at the University of Iowa, laughed off Leah’s proposal knowing she did not need a boyfriend. However, Lauren walked in the door that night only to see the most handsome man she had ever seen in her life. Needless to say they hit it off while celebrating the New Year and Trevor ended up giving Lauren a two mile piggy back ride home from the bars to avoid her walking in heels. Lauren and Trevor chased each other around the Midwest for the next 3 ½ years. Lauren drove to Chicago to see Trevor on the weekends. Trevor visited Lauren at Iowa and enjoyed acting four years younger. When Lauren accepted a job at Target headquarters in Minneapolis MN, Trevor miraculously found a way to get promoted to Menards headquarters in Eau Claire WI, just over an hour away from each other. This allowed them to continue their journey together. The day came when Lauren and Trevor decided they wanted to live together. They picked five cities on the map to job search in and proceeded to make that vision happen in Los Angeles. Five years later, Lauren and Trevor still reside in LA. They have grown together over the years, experiencing travels to Europe and all over the U.S. They share a passion for fine dining, fashion, and having a good time. Lauren attempts to support Trevor’s music choices and love of sports, and Trevor attempts to support Lauren’s relentless planning and appetite for B-Dubbs. Lauren has taught Trevor fiscal responsibility and other essential life things you would think a grown adult already knew, while Trevor has taught Lauren to not take life so seriously. They are the perfect balance of yin and yang.
