If staying at any of the Sandals resorts you can contact Sandals of your arrival time and they will provide a shuttle to transport you at no extra cost. If staying at any other resort you may have to contact them with travel information.
This is an all inclusive resort. Meaning all meals, beverages, and activities are included except for the spa and off property excursions. The resort does recommend making dinner reservations prior to your arrival to insure you can get a seat in their world class restaurants.
