Welcome event for all guests. Dinner will be served! Menu: -Carna Asada - GF / DF -Grilled Chicken Strips - GF / DF -Cheese Quesadillas -Spanish Rice - GF / DF -Black Beans - GF/DF -Guacamole -Homemade Chips - GF/DF -Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja - GF/DF -Diced Onions -Chopped Cilantro -Grilled Jalapenos -Shredded Cabbage -Sour Cream -Hard & Soft Shell Tortillas (Corn & Flour) -Gluten Free Tortillas (Corn, Flour)

Lauren and Timothy's Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Note: Wedding ceremony and reception are both at this venue :) Attire: Please dress to impress in colorful elevated cocktail attire or formal attire! Note the wedding will be outside. We describe Quail Ranch as a "magical fairy garden" so keep that in mind when putting together your look. Also remember Lauren really loves sparkles and Tim has a flair for the debonaire--so bring that energy and have a ball! Meal: Appetizers: -Mini Beef Wellington -Poke Taco -Spanakopita -Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp Main: -Tossed Green Salad -Carved Top Sirloin -Herb Grilled Barramundi -Haricot Verts with Almonds -Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes -Hand rolled pasta -Dinner rolls Food will be served buffet style, so you can choose to try all or just what you wish! -All the proteins are Gluten Free, so are the potatoes and beans -The pasta is Vegetarian ...If you are a strict vegan, please let me know and I will see if we can make other arrangements.
