What airport should I fly into?

Answer

We highly recommend flying into the Boise airport as the location is about 2 hours from this particular airport.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Under the travel tab there is a list of hotels and motels near the venue that we are recommending people stay at. Please be aware that there are no "hotel blocks" at these hotels so please plan accordingly and give yourself ample time to book to ensure you have lodging. We suggest that everyone fly in at least one day early ( 9/25/25 ) to give yourself enough time to fly in, drive to the location, settle in and relax. There are many restaurants available in close proximity to the hotels recommended and there are plenty more within a 20 minute drive.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel/motel/venue?

Answer

We recommend booking a rental car through your preferred service provider as it will be the most reliable form of transportation.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. If you arrive late, we ask that you wait to enter until after the ceremony is over to prevent interference with the bridal party walking down the aisle. However, if you know you'll be a few minutes late, please let our planner ( Ashley ) know asap and we will try to accommodate your late arrival so you don't miss out on any of the fun!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking that our guests wear Formal/Elegant Western attire. So please, no blue jeans, however, brand new boot cut black jeans are accepted. Gentlemen, please no sneakers, tennis shoes or vans. Ladies, please be aware that the ceremony will be outside in a grassy location, so heels are not recommended unless they have a thicker/wider heel. Please remember that it is fall, so if you chose to wear a cowboy hat, please wear a felt one. What will the weather be like?

Answer

As of now, the predicted weather for Cascade shows a high of 67 and a low of 33. Please keep in mind that Idaho weather can be extremely unpredictable, so we recommend keeping an eye on the predicted weather as we get closer to the wedding.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors with an indoor reception to follow. Please check the predicted weather for Cascade, Idaho as it gets closer to the wedding day so you can plan outerwear accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we are limited on space, so please only bring who is listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, please include their name on your rsvp. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our planner, Ashley at (209)-648-0297.

Is this a child friendly event?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, to allow all of our wonderful guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we kindly request an adult-only celebration.

Will there be dinner & drinks?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving BBQ style dinner and there will be a selection of beer, wine & spirits to choose from! (ID REQUIRED)

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please follow the prompt under the RSVP tab in-order to RSVP to the wedding. Please RSVP by: August 26, 2026

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you are unable to attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and decline the invitation on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
