If the hotel block is full, please notify either Sumner or Lauren and they will call to add more rooms. Lauren and Sumner are not notified when it is full, but more rooms can be added if they call. This hotel is about 1.7 miles from the venue, which is a 6 minute drive or a 35 minute walk. There will be transportation from the venue to this hotel only to bring people back. The first trip back will be at 9:30pm and last trip back will be at 10:30pm. It is recommended you Uber/Lyft to the venue if you plan to utilize the bus back.
