Steve and I first met on July 10th, 2021 at the wedding of two of our best friends. We dated long distance for about a year, while Steve lived in Pittsfield, and I was still in optometry school. During my three month long rotations in Indiana, South Carolina, and Washington, D.C. Steve made the time to fly and visit me monthly. Once I graduated in May 2022, I moved back to St. Louis. Although, closer than a flight away, we continued dating long distance until Steve moved to St. Louis in October of 2022. We, since then, have been inseparable! On July 10th, 2024, three years to-the-day after we first met, while walking through Lafayette Park, Steve got down on one knee, and asked me the most important question. Of course, I said yes! We cannot wait for 8-16-2025!
