We're Getting married

We met in an anatomy final review session. We sat next to each other and admired how the other problem solved. I (Lauren) recall walking away from that class thinking "Wow! That guy is smart and cute! Too bad I will never see him again." Later that day, we both ended up studying at the library (like the nerds we are). I (Spencer) spotted her and took a chance by sitting next to her. We hit it off immediately and exchanged phone numbers. We would proceed to text the entire spring break and eagerly returned to school for our first date at Cold Stone in Corvallis.

Spencer had purchased the ring a month prior and stealthily hid it around the apartment in places he knew Lauren wouldn't look. They had been planning a trip to the Oregon coast for a weekend getaway. When there, Spencer told Lauren to get ready for a nice dinner and snuck away to the beach to set up a tripod and lay out a path of rose pedals. "Hurry! I just got a notification that the waves are really high right now! Lets go look at them before dinner!" They proceeded to the little alcove on the beach and Spencer popped the question.
