We've combined our Sangeet & Mehndi into one fabulous evening. Mehndi is a traditional event that ensures guests feel fabulous and festive for the upcoming wedding weekend. Mehndi (commonly referred to as henna) is a plant paste applied in intricate designs. The Sangeet is where the party starts! Whether you’re doing a choreographed number or joining us on the open dance floor at the end of the night, expect a festive, energy-filled evening to mingle and dance the night away. Tip: Don’t wear rings/bracelets on the hands you’d like to get mehndi done on.
Our Indian ceremony will have two parts; the baraat and the ceremony. The baraat is a dance parade from the venue's entrance to the wedding Mandap (altar). You can walk, dance, and groove to the wedding with Shashank. The ceremony is rich in rituals and traditions; guests can be seated, walk around to stretch their legs, and grab available refreshments.
The American ceremony will be short and sweet. We ask guests to stay seated the entire time. A cocktail hour and formal reception will follow the American ceremony, including speeches, dinner, and dancing.
