Our Story
Our love story started at none other than Jersey Mike’s Subs. Those who know Lauren know it was destiny for her to meet her future husband at her favorite sandwich shop. On one visit, Seb did what he does best and tried to make her laugh. It worked and left a lasting impression. Nothing more came of it until Seb followed Lauren on Instagram, and she decided to DM the Jersey Mike’s guy.
Their first date was at Silver Spot Cinemas watching Top Gun: Maverick, followed by dinner and nonstop conversation. From there, weekends were spent between Chapel Hill and Boone, meeting each other’s families and friends. Through it all, God was quietly at work—growing their faith and building a foundation rooted in Christ. Seb now says Jersey Mike’s was God’s favorite place to introduce him to important parts of his life.
On their wedding day, they celebrate and worship the God who brought them together. They are so grateful to share this story God so graciously wrote with all of you.
