When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

We recommend booking early to guarantee your room and rate. Please book your room by September 10th to get the special group rate.

What is the difference between the TRS and Grand Palladium Resorts?

Answer

TRS Coral is the adult-only side. The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is the family-friendly side, welcoming families with children. Any guest at the TRS Coral is allowed to go to the Grand Palladium side at any time, but guests at the Grand Palladium side cannot go to the TRS side (outside of the wedding itself).

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Yes! Your stay at the resort includes food, drinks, and access to all amenities.

How long should I stay for?

Answer

The resort has a 3-night minimum stay requirement. Our wedding is scheduled for Saturday, February 6th. We will have a welcome event on Friday, February 5th. Outside of these events, you are free to arrive and depart whenever works best for your schedule. Stay as long as you like and enjoy the vacation!

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

The Cancun Airport is located approximately 45 minutes from the Grand Palladium Resort and TRS Coral Hotel. Shuttle transportation to the resort is available through the room block booking. What currency is used?

Answer

The Mexican Peso is the local currency, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. We recommend bringing small bills for tipping servers, bartenders, housekeepers, and shuttle drivers.
