6:00 PM - 11:00 PM Cocktail Attire Please arrive at 6pm and immediately find your seat. Reception ends at 11pm with an afterparty at Zephyr Pub in Kent. Shuttles will be available to & from the Kent State Hotels (see “Travel” tab for hotel info). You are welcome to park in downtown Kent and grab the Kent State Hotel shuttle even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Bookmark this page for shuttle departure times. Shuttle information: There will be two busses seating 14 each. Board at 5pm outside the Kent State Hotel. Return shuttles will depart the reception at: 9:00, 9:30, 10:45 & 11:00. You are welcome to leave your car at Hale Farm overnight and pick it up Sunday.
