Question

Am I hallucinating or did your date/venue change?

Answer

We (mostly Lauren, tbh) made the decision to change the venue to Tre Bella so that the ceremony and reception can all be in one place and not have as many moving parts. Changing the venue also changed the date from Friday, 10/10 to Monday, 10/13.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d like the dress code for our guests to be semi-formal. The Knot has a great article on what semi-formal entails for both men and women if you’re looking for a reference point on what we’re thinking :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We love our nieces and nephews, and want them to be part of our special day!

Question

Will we be offended if you can’t make it?

Answer

Absolutely not. We understand that the majority of our guests will have to travel to be with us, which is expensive. A lot of our guests also have small children that they’ll be traveling with, which can carry a whole other set of challenges. If you can’t make it to our wedding, for whatever reason, we won’t be offended or angry or whatever else you may fear :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have to give a final count to the venue in September, so please RSVP by 8/15/25!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00. Please plan to arrive around 3:30-3:45 to make sure we can start on time :) parking at Tre Bella is behind the restaurant, as is the entrance. You can access the parking via South MacDonald and South Robson off of West Main Street.

Can I extend my trip?

Answer

Of course! If you’d like to come early or stay late, you’re more than welcome to do so. We are leaving for our honeymoon a few days after the wedding (likely Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on flights), so we may not be here.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are already accommodating for gluten allergies and will have vegetarian options available for our meat-free guests, but if you have a food allergy that’s not covered already, please reach out to us ASAP so we can notify the restaurant :)
