Lauren had a crush on Ryan back in 7th grade band class. She would doodle in her band book and write his name with hearts and she dreamed of being his girlfriend someday. Sadly he was dating someone else. As time went on it was a cycle of Ryan having a girlfriend or Lauren having a boyfriend. Finally in 10th grade after carving pumpkins the day before Halloween, Lauren and Ryan’s relationship became official.

4 short years later while on a cruise during winter break. Ryan proposed. They were at their first stop, the Dominican Republic, when Ryan got down on one knee while overlooking the ocean and popped the question. Lauren was speechless and cried tears of joy.
