This is an outdoor wedding and it is recommended to be prepared for temperature fluctuations. Average highs are in the 70s and average lows have been recorded in the 30s. Winds do typically pick up in the afternoons, so layers are recommended. We’re keeping things on the more casual side, so no need to bust out your best tux for the event, nor your stilettos. Dressy casual is the aim. Keep in mind some areas may have uneven terrain.

The most important gift is for you to share our special day. There are no expectations, and we just hope that you are able to come and celebrate. We are excited to start our next chapter of life together, and are so grateful to celebrate with our loved ones. As we we begin our marriage, we have come to realize that we are already blessed with the things we need. We have no expectation of gifts at our wedding; the presence of friends and family during this celebration means so much. However, we have created a honeymoon fund for anyone that wants to contribute. This will go to any personal experiences— such as beer tasting, back country backpacking permits, a night out to dinner, etc.— we are excited to spend our big day with you, and look forward to sharing glimpses of our honeymoon when we return. Mahalo!
At Gull lake the tentative plan is to have the ceremony at the park by the library. This site may change and guests will be made aware of where to meet if the bride and groom find a more desired location for backdrop. Bridgeport Barn and Terrace has designated parking in accordance with county fire code, please follow parking instructions upon arrival.
