Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns, tuxes with black neckties or bow ties, or black suits with black ties or bow ties.
The ceremony will take place in the East Room and will begin between 3:45-4pm. Once it begins, the doors will be closed and late arrivals will not be admitted, so please plan to arrive on time. The ceremony will be technology-free, so phones and other devices must be put away. A professional photographer will be capturing the moment for us.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Cocktail hour will be held in the Courtyard (weather permitting) and the West Room, which are both right next to the East Room.
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

The reception will take place in the West Room. Dinner will be served buffet style, with three main course options, a variety of sides, and assorted salads. All food will be vegetarian and nut-free, with clearly labeled gluten-free and vegan options available.
