CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

We're excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited to your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We are only able to accommodate the children of our immediate family.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outside. Cocktail hour will be held both indoors and outdoors with plenty of seating. The reception space will have both indoor and outdoor options, with dinner being hosted indoors.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us for your best formal attire. For the outdoor ceremony, guests will be seated on the lawn, and the aisle will lead to a beautiful, paved area. Consider footwear suitable for walking on both grass and a harder surface.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by August 25th,2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for our vendors. If we do not hear from you by this day, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRVIE?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30PM sharp! Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat!

IS THERE PARKING?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of free parking spaces onsite. Uber, Lyft and Carpool are also encouraged and can easily access the venue. Also, you are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight and can pick up the next day by 10:00AM

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are not providing transportation for guests, but ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

AIRPORTS NEARBY

Answer

We recommend flying into Oakland International Airport (OAK) — it's the closest to the wedding hotels/ venue! San Jose (SJC) and San Francisco (SFO) are also good options if you find a better flight deal.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! Please drink responsibly and carpool/Lyft/Uber if needed. If you're planning on drinking, please bring a valid ID.
