When and where is the wedding?

Answer

We’re getting married on October 18, 2025 at The Vineyards at Aquebogue in Aquebogue, New York. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing at the same location. Please arrive by 6:00 PM to allow time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the celebration begins. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be held indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Think chic dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy suits — something stylish and celebratory. Since the ceremony will be outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a 55-passenger bus running to and from The Indigo and Residence Inn Hotels, where we have room blocks. Shuttle information: Residence Inn - pickup at 4:50pm, leaves at 5pm sharp. Indigo Hotel - pickup at 5:45pm, leaves 5:55pm. Shuttle available throughout the night from the venue. Final pickups from venue: 12:20am 1:00am More details on pickup times and locations will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Are there Ubers or Taxis in the area?

Yes, we have reserved room blocks at The Residence Inn and Hotel Indigo in Riverhead. See travel info for specifics.
