Where should I stay?
Answer
I would recommend staying in Siesta Key Florida. You will be close to the Welcome party & After Party. Transportation will be provided to & from the Wedding Ceremony. Popular accommodations are The Palm Bay Club, Airbnb, Gertrude Rentals, Jamaica Royale, Aloha Kai Vacation Rentals & Sea Club II Condominiums. What airport should I fly into?
Answer
The best airport to fly into is Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. This airport is 20 minutes from the wedding venue, 15 minutes to downtown Sarasota & 25 minutes to Siesta Key. Southwest Airlines & Allegiant usually have the best deals to fly into Sarasota. Or next closest airport is Punta Gorda Airport ( 1 hour away) or St. Pete/Clearwater ( 1 hour away) Tampa International Airport ( 1 hr 20 min away) or Ft. Myers International Airport ( 1.5 hours away)

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we will have a shuttle service pick up guests staying in Siesta Key and at a designated place TBD for those staying downtown Sarasota. The shuttle will also bring those guests back to accommodations after the reception. Or you can choose to keep the night going and attend the after party at the Beach Club in Siesta Key (Just stay on the shuttle). If you decide to join the after-party transportation will not be provided back to your accommodations. You will have to arrange for an Uber or Lyft.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Cocktail/semi formal attire is requested. Men for example: A button-down dress shirt with a tie, dress pants, with a blazer, sports coat, or suit jacket. Women for example: A knee-length, tea-length, midi, maxi dress or jumpsuit .

Does Siesta Key have free transportation around the Key?
Answer
Yes, you can get a free ride to anywhere on Siesta Key if you call any of these phone numbers. They run on TIPS. Usually run all day until about 9PM. -Frog Hop (844)376-4467 -Johnny’s Free Rides (941)928-9200 -Trolley comes every 15 minutes

Will the wedding/reception be outdoors?
Answer
Yes, weather permitting the wedding ceremony will be outdoors on the Beach Club Lawn overlooking Lido Beach at 4:30 PM. Then Cocktail hour to follow and the reception will be on the Beach Club rooftop partially covered at 6 PM-10PM. Weather in May can be from low 70s to high 80s. If weather does not allow an outdoor wedding, we will relocate to the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sarasota to the indoor Ca’dzan room.

Answer
Although we love your little ones! We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those who are family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
