Add your name(s) and initial beside your entree choice(s) on the RSVP postcard included with your invitation. There is a spot to share a note or any food allergies you may have. Then, simply drop the postcard in the mail. They are pre-stamped for your convenience.

Answer

At this time, there are no rooms left on our room block. Please contact us if you are interested in one, and we can keep you in the loop if a room becomes available. Answer

The price listed under the room block rates includes a $38 per night and 12.5% tax fee. The hotel will hold an incidental charge of $100 per room, per night to cover ancillary charges. Please be prepared to not have access to these funds as they will not be released until 3-5 business days after departure and the availability of the funds will be at the discretion of your bank or credit provider. It's important to note that debit cards usually take longer for the funds to become available once they are released from the hotel.

Question

When will the Bride & Groom arrive?

Answer

We plan to travel down to Key Largo on Thursday, March 30th and stay until Tuesday, April 4th.

Question

Will the events be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

All events are outdoor except for the reception.

Question

What is the weather like?

Answer

Temperatures in April usually average between 70-80 degrees, however, the humidity makes it feel closer to 75-85 degrees. Plan for mostly sunny skies but don’t be too surprised if there is a pop up shower - it usually moves on pretty quickly and you can get back to enjoying your toes in the sand!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/beach-formal: Ladies: Cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, block heels, wedges, or sandals. Men: Linen pants or slacks (no ties required). Suits or button downs are welcome. We will have a shoe concierge for our beach ceremony, should you wish to wear shoes that are not good in sand!

Question

I rented a car. Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! Bakers Cay Resort offers both valet (included in the resort fee for overnight guests) and self parking. The ceremony and reception will be taking place on the “Hammock” side of the resort.

Question

I still have questions. What is the best way to contact you?

Answer

You can contact Lauren at (336) 706-0416 or Nick at (207) 907-9646.
