Your health and safety is our top priority. We will continually review local COVID restrictions and advisories to ensure we are adhering to local mandates. If there are any significant changes, we will let everyone know. As of March 1st, the Nevada governor has approved parties up to 100. We plan to have approximately 60 guests. The majority of the celebration will be outside and the late-night reception will be hosted inside at the Hyatt. Prior to entering the ballroom, the Hyatt will be checking the temperature of guests. We also completely understand if you don't feel comfortable and you can attend any part of the celebration in addition to wearing a mask. Please let us know if you have any questions.
In consideration of COVID and the health and safety of our guests, we ask all guests who have not been vaccinated to take a COVID test a few days before May 1st.
We are not asking people to wear a mask during our wedding; however, your safety/comfort is our priority, so you may choose to do so on your own accord. We ask that you bring a mask with you as you will need to walk through the Hyatt for the after-party.
Weather in Incline can be on the cooler side so please bring jackets and cold weather clothes for cocktails and dinner outside.
Yes, of course! There are a number of great smaller hotels in Incline Village. However, we have negotiated a discount for our guests staying at the Hyatt.
The attire will be semi-formal and we suggest wearing shoes appropriate for beach ceremony. As noted, it can get cold in the evening so we also recommend bringing cold-weather jackets, scarfs, gloves.
There is no parking at the ceremony. We have coordinated shuttles from the Hyatt to the cabin (and return), and all wedding guests can use the pre-paid shuttles. We ask all guests to park either at the Hyatt (or near it) and take the 10-minute shuttle to the wedding.
