Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Both hotels we have reserved rooms at will have transportation to and from the venue. Shuttle pick up times (front lobby) Embassy Suites: 3:55pm and 4:05pm Courtyard Marriott: 3:45pm

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Cocktail attire. Men: Suit (slacks with or without jacket). Tie preferred Women: Stylish mini or Midi dress, dressy jumpsuit, heels or dressy flats.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Since our venue is located downtown, there is no parking lot specifically designated for our venue. There is ample street parking around the venue and two large parking lots a block away: 1. River Place Parking Lot (14 Grace St, Wilmington, NC 28401) This lot is closest to the venue (2 minute walk) and best option if not staying at either hotel or do not want to park at Embassy Suites to take shuttle bus. 2. Water Street Parking Deck (210 N Water St, Wilmington, NC 28401) (and the local hotels also offer onsite parking as well)
