Can I smoke at the facility?

Answer

This is a smoke free facility. However, if you must smoke, please do so in the designated smoking area and dispose of the cigarette butts in a responsible way.

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be parking available at Cross Creek Farm in the grass lot across from the building.

When will the shuttle at the hotel leave for the venue?

Answer

Shuttle will arrive at 4pm and depart at 4:15pm.

When will the shuttles pick-up guests to go back to the hotel?

Answer

There will be shuttle pick-up times at 9pm and again at 10pm.

How many guests are attending?

Answer

Including the Bride & Groom there will be 100 guests.

Are there hotels available?

Answer

Yes, refer to the Travel Page. We have blocked out rooms specifically for guests at Home 2 (pet friendly) off of Queen Street. There will be shuttles to take you from the hotel to the venue (and back).

I was invited, but my child's name wasn't on the invite. Can they attend?

Answer

We apologize, but no. This is an adult only celebration.

Is the ceremony and reception outside or inside?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be inside or in covered heated areas. Bring a jacket and/or cover up if you tend to get cold easily.

Are masks required?

Answer

No, guests have the option if they want to wear a mask or not. Our catering staff will be wearing masks and the tables will be 6ft apart during the reception.
