The wedding (ceremony & reception) is all at the same location; The Terrace at Waters Edge. Address: 2 Freemans Bridge Road, Glenville NY 12302 The ceremony will be at the gazebo patio area and the reception will be inside the ballroom building. There will be signage at the event directing guests where to go. There is adequate parking available, on both sides of the adjacent hotel.
The ceremony location will be ready for guests to arrive at 4:00, 1/2 hour before the ceremony will start (4:30). Guests are encouraged to arrive early for mingling prior to taking a seat. There will be a complimentary glass of champagne for each guest upon arrival. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to arrive and find a seat.
The ceremony will start at 4:30, everyone should be seated by this time.
Wedding attire should be semi-formal. Note that the bridesmaids will be in rose gold.
We love your children, but we cannot accommodate guests under age 16 on our wedding day. Please contact us if there are any questions (i.e. if you have an infant).
We are not allowing extra plus-ones to our wedding as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who were invited. The name of every guest invited to attend will be listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated unless specified so on your online RSVP form.

The ceremony & cocktail hour are outdoors (brick patio). The reception is indoors, with air conditioning.
We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a dinner consisting of salad, pasta, vegetable, potato, and meat/protein. There will be gluten-free/nut-free/vegan option available. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in the designated section of your digital RSVP. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed!
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

If you would like to give a gift, you can have it delivered to us (9 Kings Road West Coxsackie NY 12192), or bring it to the wedding (a card box will be at our reception). Please navigate to our registry on this website to view gifts and a link to our house fund.
