It all started in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where we met while working together on the cardiac ICU. Between busy shifts and shared laughs, something special began to grow. Our first date was at Margaux, a cozy French restaurant where we talked for hours and realized how easy it felt to be together. From there, life became one beautiful adventure after another. In June 2023, we took our first of many trips to New York City and instantly fell in love with the energy, the skyline, and each other. Just a few months later, in December 2023, we began our journey as travel nurses—returning to NYC to live and explore side by side for a year filled with growth, memories, and late-night pizza runs. By December 2024, our next chapter took us to Chicago, where we made a new home together. Then, on February 1, 2025, Nick got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever together. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter—our greatest adventure yet—with all of you.
