We’ve chosen to celebrate our special day surrounded by family and friends at a beautiful private home on Watts Bar Lake. 1070 Whites Creek Rd Spring City, TN We can’t wait to gather by the water and share this unforgettable day with you in such a meaningful setting.
Guest seating will begin at 3:15 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive with enough time to park, walk to the ceremony site, and be seated before the ceremony begins.
The entrance to the property will right side of the road and will lead directly to the main house. Please follow the posted signage upon arrival. Traffic will be one-way through the property, with the exit located on the opposite side. Orange cones will be placed at the exit. We will have attendants at the front of the house to guide you on where and how to park. If you or someone in your party has difficulty walking long distances, please let us know in advance so we can arrange parking close to the house.
Garden Party Attire We recommend comfortable footwear, as there is a gradual grassy hill leading to the ceremony site — we want everyone to arrive safely with no slips or falls! Wedges, block heels, dressy flats, or stylish boots are great options. Tennessee weather can be unpredictable. While we anticipate daytime temperatures around 77–80°F, the evening may cool down to 54–56°F, especially by the lake. We encourage you to bring a light jacket or wrap so you can stay warm and enjoy the DJ as we celebrate into the night with music and dancing! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Our ceremony will take place on the patio overlooking beautiful Watts Bar Lake. We are hoping for perfect weather, but if Mother Nature has other plans, the ceremony will be moved to the reception tent.
We invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony. Please turn off and put away all phones and cameras. We promise to share the beautiful photographs captured by our photographer!
Our reception will be held in a tent approximately 200 feet from the ceremony site. If you need assistance walking from the ceremony to the reception tent, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements to help you comfortably move between locations.
Cocktail hour will begin following the ceremony featuring light appetizers and specialty drinks Buffet Dinner will be served as soon as family pictures are complete (menu details to follow). We will be serving tea, water, lemonade, and canned soft drinks. Be sure to save room for our dessert table!
A mobile restroom will be located near the ceremony and reception area. Directional signs will be placed around the property to help guide you
