CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

This is a formal event, and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! There will be a black-tie dress code in place for the wedding. For women, this includes formal midi or full-length dresses. For men, suits are preferred. Alternatively, a dress shirt paired with dress pants, along with a tie or bow tie, is also appropriate. Feel free to wear whatever color you like, but please no white or shades of white.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors along with the cocktail hour. Reception will be held indoors. Pending weather - changes may be necessary.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue, the presence of horses, and events taking place on the property, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with exception of those apart of the bride and grooms wedding party. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

First off, thank you so much for traveling the distance to celebrate with us! We have provided room blocks at a hotel near the venue that you may book with for the night! This will be located under the travel tab with links provided to the hotel to check availability and book. Please book before July 10th, 2026, to guarantee a discounted rate. We recommend booking early as rooms may fill up.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer Sierra Archer and her team, and they will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos as possible/videos once the ceremony has ended.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes!! If you booked at our recommended hotel, there will be a link to times the shuttle will be running guest to and from the venue, this is on us to ensure a safe and fun filled night!

DO I NEED TO RSVP IF IM ATTENDING OR NOT ABLE TO ATTEND?

Answer

Yes, please RSVP either way! Even if you’ve already told us in person, submitting your RSVP helps us keep an accurate guest list and ensures our vendors have the correct information. If a RSVP is not recieved and you attend the event we may not have seating or food accomodations for you. If you’re unable to attend, we will miss you dearly but will be thinking of you on our special day!

What time should guest arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to find your seat and enjoy a pre - ceremony refreshment. Guest that arrive past 4:30 will be asked to remain outside the grounds until the ceremony has finished.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Answer

Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed on the property due to Maine state laws. We will have an open bar available for all guests to enjoy, so we kindly ask that no beverages be brought in from outside. Our venue also has a NO tolerance rule and the right to remove anyone who brings in outside alcohol.
