How do I view the live ceremony?
Answer
Using the QR code provided or visit 702wedding.com/VLV > Click on the 'Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel' venue listed on the website at the ceremony START time- 5 p.m. PST/ 7 p.m. EST If you don't see a "PLAY" button, the ceremony is not live yet. Refresh the page to get the "PLAY" button. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES: live chat or call (800) 857-4450 to resolve. Please note: There may be a 30-60 sec delay on the live stream.

How long will the ceremony last?
Answer
From end-to-end, the ceremony is roughly 15 minutes. Anticipate about 30 minutes give or take.

What if I can't make it at all?
Answer
We realize the time change may impact attendance, especially on a weekday evening. If you can't make it, you will be greatly missed but we completely understand! We opted in to the full experience so there will be pictures and videography included and we will gladly share them at a later date.

What prompted our elopement?
Answer
Let's be honest, 2025 hasn't been easy for any of us, for a multitude of reasons, but it has lent an opportunity to turn inward and intentionally participate in the next chapter of our relationship, as husband and wife. We don't take these titles lightly and the further we got into wedding planning, the further we got away from what we wanted and what was important to us as a couple. (And truthfully, not breaking the bank was high on the list of importance.) While most people hire a wedding planner to sift through the mess and identify what's important, we took the responsibility literally and hired a couple's counselor instead. With her guidance and applied tools, we've spent the past 8-months opening our hearts to the unknown and surrendering to the life-long journey ahead of learning to love one another through a lens of compassion, grace, accountability, and forgiveness. 2025 brought with it many lessons, and as a couple and as individuals, we are better equipped to embrace the ebbs and flows of life, which led us to the ultimate pivot of the year: our Viva Las Vegas elopement!

Where are we honeymooning?
Answer
Great question! We were torn initially so we decided to split up our honeymoon into two parts. First, we're extending our Vegas stay before returning to NC and have plans to rent a car and visit several national parks in the surrounding areas, including Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. Then in mid-April we jet set to Jamaica for a more "official" honeymoon where we have plans with the sun and the sea and will be on island time for six days.
