Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels on wedding day?
Answer
Transportation is provided by bus from the hotels (Mutiny and Marriott Courtyard) to the wedding ceremony at First United Methodist of Coral Gables. Pick up time will be at 2:15 pm. One bus will pick up guests at Mutiny Hotel. A separate bus will pick up guests at the Marriott Courtyard. Transportation is also provided by bus following the ceremony from First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables to Key Biscayne Yacht Club for the wedding reception (cocktails/sunset, dinner and dancing). The planned bus leave time is 4:10pm for those not involved in photos and 4:20pm for those involved in photos. Transportation is also provided at the end of the evening back to the hotels (Mutiny and Courtyard Marriott) as well as the After Party location (Regatta Grove Bar 3415 Pan American Drive - close to the hotels). There will be two buses that will leave at staggered times to accommodate guests (estimating 10:30pm and 11:15pm). There will be valet parking at Key Biscayne Yacht Club for guests who will be driving themselves. While uber/lyft is available on Key Biscayne, it can be very limited with lengthier wait times than typical.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
If you are not taking the provided transportation, please arrive ~20-25 minutes early as we plan to have musicians playing ahead of the ceremony and start on time!

What is the dress code for wedding day?
Answer
The dress code is formal attire. We suggest tuxedos or dark suits for men. For women, think floor-length gowns, midi-length or tea-length cocktail dresses, or dressy separates (colors and patterns are encouraged)! Keep in mind that Miami is still warm in November.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes: For the Ceremony: when you arrive at First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables, please park in the main lot at the south side of the sanctuary, which is located at the corner of Biltmore Way and Hernando St. For the Reception: valet will be provided and required for guests driving to Key Biscayne Yacht Club. When you drive up to the guard gate, let them know that you are there for the Archer / Haroldson wedding, and they will direct you on where to go.

Is there parking available for the Welcome Party?
Answer
There will be a regatta going on at Coral Reef Yacht Club (CRYC) which limits all onsite parking to guests. Therefore, please plan to walk or uber from your the hotels to CRYC. It is very walkable but we advise wearing shoes that are good for walking. Local guests should also plan to uber or John and Jennifer Archer can accommodate up to 8 cars to park at L’Hermitage where we live, from which you can walk over. Please text Jennifer Archer (786-877-3457) or John Archer (786-877-2830) if you are interested in free parking in L’Hermitage. We also understand there is free parking on the North side of Kennedy Park by the sailing club. The reception is at the outdoor Reef Top Bar on the building on the right as you face the yacht club. There will be a sign indicating where you ascend the stairs. We have the top and second floors.

What services are located within walking distance of the hotels?
Answer
All your critical needs are within walking distance from the two hotels: CVS pharmacy, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Wells Fargo with an ATM. Hair / nail salons, and numerous restaurants and even a book store are also available in the Grove. We encourage you to explore the CocoWalk area!
