Introduced to each other by high school friends, Nina and Lauren survived Biola's freshman year together as roommates; adventures included bowling oranges down the hallway, making a hideaway den in the abandoned dorm room across the hall, and Lauren hiding under Nina's bed to snatch her ankles in her sleep.

Hailing from Tennessee, Caleb is another Parable friend of Mickey. They’ve been friends since high school and met through Parable since Caleb’s dad Hung is the ministry’s founder. Fun fact- Caleb and Mickey joined Parable staff at the same time and Caleb took our engagement photos!

Sara is an early high school friend of Lauren. Affectionately coined the "Lucy" to Lauren's "Ethel" from I Love Lucy, these two friends have been with each other through it all.

Emma and Lauren became friends through Biola's Torrey Honors program, spending hours in the school coffee shop reading, writing, and mostly goofing off. Emma is one of the silliest people in Lauren's life, bringing joy wherever she goes.
