We'd recommend making this a fun vacation before or after the wedding! That said, flying into Barcelona, Madrid or London are your best major hub options. From there, fly into Menorca (it's about a 1-2 hour flight from the aforementioned cities.)
We've found that it's actually cheaper to book to New York, Chicago or Boston for the first leg and then book to whatever city in Europe for the second leg. It not only breaks up the flight but the flight prices are significantly cheaper than flying directly from San Diego.
Yes! They are more than welcome to come to the Welcome Party and Goodbye Brunch. They will not be invited to the wedding as it will be adults only, but we are happy to look into babysitters on-site for you OR you're more than welcome to leave your baby in a quiet room on the property and have a baby monitor with you. Just let us know in advance so we can request necessary space/essentials.
The wedding party and immediate family are staying on the property (Finca Formet.) Everyone else who is coming can find a hotel in the travel section on this website (we have listed several recommendations.) If you want to look for an AirBnB or another hotel option, we recommend the Binibeca and Punta Prima areas (10-20 min away from the venue).
