Shuttle

Shuttle schedule: First shuttle: Leave Holiday Inn at 2:30 pm, arrive at Fairfield at 2:40 pm, arrive at Arrowwood Resort (main entrance) at 2:55 pm, arrive at Gathered Oaks (venue) at 3:20 pm. Second shuttle: Leave Holiday Inn at 3:50 pm, arrive at Fairfield at 4:00 pm, arrive at Gathered Oaks (venue) at 4:20 pm. Leaving the venue: First shuttle: Leaves Gathered Oaks at 10:00 pm Second shuttle: Leaves Gathered Oaks at 11:00 pm Third shuttle: Leaves Gathered Oaks at 12:00 am Order of stops after leaving venue- Arrowwood Resort, Fairfield, Holiday Inn The shuttle only holds 52 people! If you are able to take the first shuttle please do so. Only the first shuttle arriving to the venue will be stopping at Arrowwood Resort. Cars can also be left at the venue over night if needed! The shuttle will be on a tight schedule getting to the venue so please be ready to go right at the time it is scheduled to get to your hotel.
