When should I RSVP by?

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

No, the couple will have already exchanged vows in private. This event will be a celebration of their marriage with a dinner and reception.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather is variable in the spring, but should be warm during the day (60s) and lows around 40/50. We'd recommend having a jacket or coat for the evenings and being prepared for chilly weather.

Will the reception dinner be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The venue will be a mixture, so you'll be spending time both indoors and outdoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Aperitvi / cocktail hour will start at 5:00. Dinner will be served at 7:30. Full itinerary is in the schedule section.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please let the couple know ASAP and they will try to coordinate with you and plan accordingly.

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

We are working on organizing transportation at least leaving the venue back to Padova. We will update here with more information regarding transportation back.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! However, if you would like to contribute to the couples honeymoon fund, there will be a link provided.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block set up. We recommend staying in Padova. There are several hotels and AirBnBs throughout the city and city centre that are very nice and convenient. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly if you have additional questions about where to stay.
