Hotel/Airport Shuttle

If you booked a shuttle with Paradise Weddings you should have received an email with all the shuttle information! If you have not, please reach out to Asgard. Shuttle Meeting Information 1.- Use the exit door marked with the sign “Hotel Ground Transportation / Tour operator”. 2.- Once outside please go to meeting points: Terminal 3 - International Arrivals, Keep walking straight. Passing Air Margarita ville Bar our representative will be between the bar and the Grey lamp pole on the right side of the hallway. Terminal 4 - International Arrivals, The exit door is on the left side of the hallway. Our greeters will be passing the mini market and welcome bar by the big blue square pole with the letter "C" on it. Terminal 2 - International Flights, Our greeters will be in front of the Grab n'Go coffee shop, off to the right of the ramp. Terminal 2 - Mexico's Domestic Flights, The exit door is on the right side of the hallway. Our greeters are outside right of the exit ramp 3.- FBO - When coming out, our greeters will be right outside.

ROOM PAYMENTS

Payments for your accommodations will be handled through Paradise Weddings. All that is needed to book your room is a $150 deposit. Payments may be made at any time until OCTOBER 8, 2024. PAYMENT PLANS are available through Paradise Weddings.

ROOM TYPES

When booking, guests will have the option to select from a variety of different room choices and will also have the option to upgrade their vacation to the Preferred Club upon request. Preferred Club guests enjoy enhanced amenities including access to the Preferred Club Beach and pool. Upgrading to the Preferred Club is not required for guests. For more information about Secret’s Preferred Club, please visit the resort website. If you prefer a specific room type that is not already included within the room block, please reach out to our personal travel agent, Asgard, while booking your accommodations. Paradise Weddings will work with the resort to have the room type of your choice added to the room block.

What is included in an "All-Inclusive" Resort?

The rates at Secrets Playa Blanca include the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee such as spa services or private tours and excursions

AIRPORT SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

After landing at the airport, guests will need to taxi or shuttle to the resort. Round trip airport transfers can be added to your reservation from Cancun International Airport (CUN) to the resort while booking with Paradise Weddings. The current offer is $85 per person for round trip transportation to & from the hotel, exclusive to guests apart of our wedding. Therefore, no stops at other hotels will be made either. The travel coordinators will coordinate shuttles & group guests whose flights land close to one another. Other transportation options can be sourced upon your arrival.

AIRFARE

Airfare is not included and will need to be booked on your own. It is suggested that all guests fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Click "View" to be linked to Google Flights.

PASSPORT

Please note: you do not need your passport to make your room reservation, but you will need it to book your flight. Please ensure that the name on your passport correctly matches the information you provide for your room reservation. Recommend allocating 6+ months for passport renewal. Click "View" to be taken to the US Government passport renewal page.

Do I need to book my stay through the room block?

While it is not required to book your room through the room block, it is highly recommended. If guests come across a better rate (either through the resort website, Expedia, etc.) please contact us immediately as the resort will honor the lower rate.
