Makay was a sophmore in high school and Lauren was a freshman. We had a German class together, hit it off and have been best friends ever since.
As a date night was coming to an end at Potter Park Zoo Wonderland of Lights, we were looking for a good spot to get a picture before we left. Makay approched a man to take a picture of us when he winked at the guy and whispered “take lots of pictures”. We stood for the picture and thats when he popped the question!
