As we’re having our celebration at an adults-only resort, the event will be adults-only as well. We appreciate your understanding!
We recommend booking your shuttle during your resort booking process. If you book directly through the Barceló Maya Riviera website, you'll see shuttle options at checkout. Otherwise, you can arrange transportation separately.
We recommend that all guests stay at the same resort. It makes things much easier for everyone to be together, especially for the wedding day on the beach. Plus, the resort we’re using has a controlled entry, and if you stay elsewhere, you’d need to be on a guest list to come in, which can make things a bit more complicated.
Yes, we definitely recommend making your dinner reservations as soon as you check in! While the resort does have a buffet option every night, the à la carte restaurants can fill up quickly. To avoid waiting or missing out on specialty dining experiences, it's best to reserve your dinner times right when you arrive. That way, you can just relax and enjoy each evening without any hassle.
At the Barceló Maya Riviera and its connecting sister resorts, you’ll find plenty to do right on the property. Enjoy the infinity pool, unwind at the spa, or test your luck at the on-site casino. There’s also a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants and bars, including a music bar with live DJs. So you’ll have lots of fun things to do without even living the resort!
