How We Got Here
We met in October 2017 after working together—our first interaction sparked by a misspelt email / Freudian slip if you like (if you know, you know!). Lauren was also instantly charmed when Lee gave his boss a "Little Miss Princess" mug mid-meeting.

After drinks at a work social, Lee asked Lauren on a date. It rained, Lee was critiqued for his poor dress sense, we laughed, and soon after, a pizza bet ended with Lee getting a tattoo!

We clicked from the start. Lauren loved travel, Lee loved sports, and we both loved great food and wine. Then came Covid, and Lauren moved in along with her numerous guide dogs-in-training, and convinced Lee to get Winnie, our pup, in 2021.

Soon we were buying a house, switching jobs, and going on amazing holidays. In September 2023, on one of those many trips, in Cappadocia, Turkey, Lee fluffed his lines (again!) and proposed. Lauren laughed—and said yes!

Now, here we are, we can’t wait to celebrate our journey and big day with you!
