PLEASE NOTE: The day of our wedding, this is the only hotel we will be securing a shuttle service at, to travel to and from the venue. The last day to book a room using our group code is 8/26/25.

The shuttle will arrive at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel at 4pm and will depart for the Windows on the Water venue at 4:15pm. Please note, the shuttle will only be making one trip. If you miss the shuttle, you are responsible for finding other forms of transportation.

The shuttle will arrive to Windows at the Water at 11pm and will depart once all shuttles are full to bring our guests back to the DoubleTree hotel. If you'd prefer to leave before 11pm or miss the shuttle, you are responsible for your own transportation.
